For regular and follow-up appointments with primary care physicians and specialists, click the “SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT” button in the upper right corner of this page. You can also call (646) 680-5200, and speak directly to a BronxDocs representative.
What’s the fastest way to refill my prescription?
If you need to refill a prescription, the fastest way is to contact your pharmacy directly. Your pharmacist can also answer any questions you have about your medicine.

What types of insurance do you accept?
BronxDocs accepts most health insurance plans. We also offer patients the ability to self-pay. BronxDocs accepts cash, debit, and credit cards as payment for your visit.
How can I get an answer to a billing question?

How can I get directions to one of your medical offices?
The BronxDocs Grand Concourse location at 326 East 149 Street can be reached by the 2, 4, and 5 trains, as well as the BX1, 2, 15, 21, and 41 buses.
Our location at 932 Southern Blvd can be accessed by the 2, 5, and 6 trains, as well as the Bx5, 6, and 19 buses.
The BronxDocs location at 2044 Westchester Ave, opening summer 2019, is accessible by the 6 train, and Bx4 and Q44 SBS buses.
If I want to see a specialist, how do I get my referral when needed?
If your insurance plan requires a referral for specialty visits, your primary care provider and Care Team will work together to issue the referral before your specialist visit.
If I need a referral, how long does it take to get one and to see a BronxDocs specialist?
Referrals for urgent care can be processed on the same day. BronxDocs will assist with scheduling specialty appointments and referrals.
